In 1995, Walter G. Alton, Jr., formed Walter G. Alton, Jr. & Associates P.C. Since 1966, it has been his goal to provide personal attention and fearless advocacy to all of his clients personal injury cases. Alton, Jr. has represented clients and been involved in the prosecution and trial of various types of personal injury cases, ranging from assault and battery, highway design, and construction accidents to complicated medical malpractice actions, such as DiMarco vs. New York City Health & Hospitals Corp., Supreme Court, Kings County, in which he obtained a 9.575 million dollar verdict and Rachko vs. New York Medical Group, et. al., Supreme Court Bronx County, in which he obtained a 13.3 million dollar verdict.
